The MKII Escort was at a huge disadvantage compared to the 4wd machines over the 2 days with wet, slippy and Icy stages to contend with.
The custom TDP MoTeC M1 Firmware in the 2wd Escort came into its own and David skilfully piloted the car at breakneck pace to take the lead for the first 2 stages.
A fantastic drive from David Bogie with John Rowan. We seen the pair finish 3rd overall, in conditions which did not favour the 2nd Escort. The “Ultimate Escort” did not disappoint those who saw it in full flight on the Isle of Mull.
